For the curd-herb muffins, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a muffin tin with paper cups for 12 pieces.

Mix flour with baking powder, caraway seeds, some pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix the curd with the milk and fresh herbs until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk egg with oil. Fold the flour mixture and herb curd mixture into the egg mixture.

Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake the curd-herb muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
