For the curd egg spread Peel the hard-boiled eggs and roughly cut them on a board and finely chop them with a knife.
Place them in a bowl. Mix the eggs with the low-fat curd cheese, the yogurt, the mayonnaise and the spices and season to taste.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives and enjoy with wholemeal bread.
Preparation Tip:
Do not chop the eggs too small, the curd egg spread tastes better and more intense when you can still feel the eggs.
