For the curd cheese gratin, mix curd cheese with egg, salt, herbs and pepper. Cut zucchini and tomatoes into thin slices. In a baking dish, place a layer of zucchini slices on top of the tomatoes, then a layer of the curd mixture.

If there are still zucchini and tomatoes left, then again one layer each of zucchini, tomatoes and curd. The last layer of curd can be topped with Parmesan cheese.

Bake the gratin in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The curd gratin can be prepared with any vegetables. If you like, serve potatoes with it.
