Instructions:

Prepare a smooth yeast dough for the curd cheese and poppy seed golaches and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour. In the meantime, mix the curd and poppy seed filling.

Mix the ingredients for the crumble well. Cut pieces (approx. 14) from the finished dough with a spoon and press them flat (with a diameter of 5 mm).

Fill with some curd mixture, add some poppy seed filling on top and shape into golatschen. Press them apart a little in the middle, brush them with egg and sprinkle some crumbles on top.

Let the curd-poppy seed golaches rise and bake at 180 °C until golden brown.

Preparation Tip:

The curd poppy seed golaches can also be prepared without raisins.
