For the devil’s millet, finely dice onions, garlic and peppers, chili. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions. Add the peppers and sauté.

Add the rinsed millet (rinsed in a sieve under running water) and sauté. Pour in hot soup, first about 1/2 l, and let it boil.

Then cover and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. If too dry, add some more liquid. Now season with salt, pepper, the rose bell pepper and the chili bell pepper.

Bring to a boil again on high heat and turn off. After another 10 minutes on the residual heat, taste, should taste pleasantly spicy.

Mix chives with cup of sour cream and serve with millet.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of devil's millet, the recipe also works with rice pudding, but it takes longer.
