For the dill sauce, sauté finely chopped onions in hot butter with the flour. Pour in soup and add half of the dill.

Simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and strain.

Refine with whipped cream and season again if necessary.

Boil the remaining dill in a little vinegar water with a pinch of sugar and add to the sauce.

Serve the dill sauce still warm.
