Mix butter, honey and egg yolks until very creamy. Now fold in almond kernels, flour, spices, baking powder and milk. Finally, fold the stiff snow into the dough. Grease a rabbit or lamb pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put them together and fold in the dough. Do not fill completely, otherwise the dough will run out. The give on a tray and bake in the oven. Now cool the pastry for about 1 hour, then carefully remove from the mold.
