Instructions:

Beat the eggs, mash the bananas well with a fork and mix both together in a bowl. Fold in the flour.

Heat butter in a skillet and pour a scoop of pancake batter the size of a saucer into the pan. When small bubbles form, gently flip the pancake. After 1-2 minutes, remove from pan and keep warm on a plate in the oven at about 50 °C.

For the bunny cheeks, add two smaller circles of batter to the pan and bake out as well.

Place the two small pancakes as bunny cheeks on top of the larger pancake.

For the eyes, cut two slices off the banana, place on the large pancake above the cheeks and place two blueberries on top. To make the blueberries stay on top of the banana slices, you can “stick” the blueberries with some jam.

Cut the banana and strawberry in half. Place the banana halves on top as ears, and place the strawberry half between the little pancake cheeks as a nose.

For the whiskers, cut small sticks from the apple and place on top of the two smaller pancakes.

Proceed in the same way with the remaining ingredients until the batter is completely used up.

Preparation Tip:

The remaining fruit can be served with the pancakes cut into pieces. Instead of strawberry, you can simply use strawberry or raspberry jam for the nose.
