A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. Mix the flours together. Add the eggs, milk and mineral water and mix heartily together until smooth. Season with the salt. Leave to rest for 40 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Sauté in the heated oil until soft. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with paradeis pulp, pepper and a little salt. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. 3.

Blanch (scald) the tomatoes, cool and peel. Remove the stalks and cut the fruit into even, narrow slices. 4.

Heat 1 tablespoon al in a frying pan. Pour in 4-5 tomato slices. Pour a small ladle of batter on top. Move the frying pan back and forth so that the bottom of the pan is completely filled with batter. When the edges start to brown, turn the pancake to the other side using a suitable lid and cook until done. Bake 8 pancakes one after the other. Keep the finished pancakes warm in the oven. 5.

5. crumble the feta cheese into the meat mixture and melt. Rinse the parsley, toss dry, chop coarsely and add. Divide the filling evenly among the individual pancakes and fold together. (Tip: You can offer a raw tomato sauce with this dish).
