Rinse pears, cut into eighths and remove the core. Sprinkle with the juice of one lemon and make in a little water in about 2 to 3 min, then drain. Grease a shallow gratin dish with butter and pour in the pears. Heat butter in a saucepan, briefly sauté flour in it and remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in sour cream, whipped cream, honey, egg and vanilla powder. Briefly roast the sesame seeds without fat and add them as well. Spread the mixture evenly over the pears. Bake the casserole on the middle rack for about 25 to half an hour at 180 °C in a heated oven.
