Instructions:

Red Zora

Remove peel from carrots and 1 beet and place in juicer form. Garnish with a stalk of curly parsley. (1 apple also goes well with this)

Avocado drink

Whisk together the peeled avocado, cleaned green bell pepper and juice of half a lemon. Top with cold buttermilk season with salt and green Tabasco.

Cucumber drink

Whisk together cucumber and celery stalk. Fill up with ice-cold mineral water or water. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with a celery stalk.

Cress buttermilk drink

Blend all ingredients with a little lemon juice and fill up with mineral water. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of oat bran, wheat bran, oat flakes, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds to the vegetable drink to get a satiating effect and serve as a snack.
