Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Make the spaghetti according to package directions in salted water, pour into a colander, rinse and drain. Rinse the chanterelles briefly after they have cooled, clean them, cut the larger ones in half. Finely dice bacon and onions. Chop the parsley.

Heat half of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon, add the onions and sauté until translucent. Now add the mushrooms and roast until the liquid has evaporated. The last step is to add the parsley. Season heartily with salt and pepper.

In a second large coated frying pan, heat the remaining oil. Pour in the spaghetti and sauté briefly, turning. Fold in the mushrooms. Mix the eggs with 2/3 of the cheese, season with salt and pepper and pour in a spiral on top of the spaghetti. Cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Now, using a large lid, turn the fried pasta to the other side and roast for another 3-4 min until golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, cut into portions and bring to the table.

Serve with green salad.
