Instructions:

Preheat the stove to 220 degrees.

Stir the whiskey with the cane sugar, honey and mustard powder to make a marinade.

Place the ham in an ovenproof dish and coat evenly with marinade. Then sprinkle with cloves. Put in the stove form and reduce the heat to 180 degrees. Roast the ham for one hour, brushing it with the marinade every fifteen minutes.

Wrap the ham in aluminum foil and rest for ten to fifteen min before slicing.

If desired, serve with a mustard fruit or chutney.

Tip:

In the hot air oven you can cook a potato gratin with the ham at the same time.

Boil the double mass of marinade, cook a little bit and serve it separately as a sauce.
