For the gnocchi casserole with wild garlic, chop the carrots, leek, onion and cherry tomatoes and fry them in a little oil in a pan. Then add the strained tomatoes. Season to taste with bouillon cubes, salt, a little sugar and garlic.

Cook the gnocchi in salted water until soft and add to the vegetable mixture. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180°. Grease a large baking dish slightly, pour in the gnocchi mixture and smooth it out. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Cut wild garlic leaves into strips.

Spread half of the wild garlic in the dish, then line with the mozzarella and sprinkle the rest of the wild garlic on top. Leave in the oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is nice and crispy. It goes well with a green, crisp salad.

Preparation Tip:

You can also make the gnocchi casserole with wild garlic with pasta for a change. Instead of mozzarella you can also use other cheeses.
