Instructions:

For the graham bread, whisk together the wheat meal, flour, dry yeast and salt. Add the oil and the lukewarm milk and knead for about 5 to 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Add a little more flour if necessary.

Cover and let rise in a baking bowl for 45 minutes. Briefly knead dough repeatedly and place in loaf pan. Let dough rise until doubled in size (about half an hour).

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Bake graham bread for about 45 to 50 minutes.
