Instructions:

Put elderflowers for 2 hours (do not wash).

In a large container, mix 10 liters of water, elderflowers and lemon slices and let stand for 1 1/2 days.

Then strain. Add sugar and citric acid and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Dissolve the hermetic aid and add it to the mixture.

Pour the elderflower syrup into bottles. Fill bottles completely and dip the stubble in hermetic aid and screw.
