Instructions:

For the green tea sorbet, strain the green tea into a large enough bowl. Add the sugar, and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 20 seconds.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, wait two minutes, then very slowly pour the syrupy amount into the tea, whisking vigorously.

Allow to set in a sorbetiere or freeze in the freezer, then grind in a kitchen blender until smooth. Then freeze again and repeat the process two or three more times.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the green tea sorbet with fruits, etc.
