Boil green tea to taste from tea leaves (two teaspoons) or from two tea bags and cool. Add dextrose to the cold tea form.

Mix it with a whisk and let it melt quickly. Next, fold in sour whey and season with a little lemon juice. Decorate the rim of the glass with mint leaves and a slice of lemon.

Tip: Served with ice cubes, the drink is a great refreshment in summer. It tastes even fruitier if you use natural apple juice instead of green tea.
