Instructions:

For the ham and cheese pizza, dissolve the yeast with a little sugar and let it rise. Put the flour in a large bowl and make a small pit in the middle where you put the yeast.

Cover the whole with flour and a tea towel over it and let it rise again for about 15 minutes. Then add the water, a little salt and the olive oil and knead the whole thing into a dough.

Cover the dough again and let it rise again for about 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 2 parts and pull it out. Brush the baking sheets with oil and place the dough on them.

Finely tear the Emmental and the Gorgonzola on a carrot slicer. Cut the toast block into small cubes. Cover the dough with pizza sauce, cheese and ham, season with salt, pepper and oregano and bake in the oven at about 180 degrees.

When the pizza is baked, place 1 basil leaf on top of the pizza.

Preparation Tip:

The ham and cheese pizza can also be made without gorgonzola.
