Instructions:

Place the rolled ham on the grill over the juice pan and roast in the oven heated to 175 °C for about 2 hours.

Remove from the oven and rest a little bit. Score rhombuses with a sharp kitchen knife. Put cloves into the diamonds.

In a saucepan, add honey, pineapple juice, sugar, grated peppercorns, ginger root, garlic clove, bay leaves and juniper berries form and bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce the temperature and boil the juice until half. Brush the ham with it and place it repeatedly in the oven heated to 200 °C for another half hour. Repeatedly brush with the thickened juice.

Rest the rolled ham before slicing.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
