For the spelt flake salad, place the spelt flakes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Cover and allow to swell briefly. Meanwhile, wash and cut/pluck and chop the snack radishes, tomatoes and parsley.

Grate the cheese and set aside as well. Once the spelt flakes are slightly overcooled and have absorbed the water, season with herb salt, wild garlic salt, pepper and Maggi herb and mix in the chopped ingredients.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy.

Preparation Tip:

Walnuts and/or grated carrots also go very well in the spelt flake salad.
