Instructions:

Cream butter until fluffy.

Finely chop the herbs and shallot.

Mix butter with herbs, shallots, garlic, salt, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.

Place mixture on aluminum foil, form a roll and twist together.

Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then twist out of the foil, cut into slices and put on the grilled food only at the last moment before serving.

Preparation Tip:

Ideally suited as a seasoning for steaks and other grilled food. You can also stock up on it and freeze it in portions.
