For the elderberry-apple jam, put the rasped and washed elderberries, the apple pieces, the juice and the grated peel of the lemon, the spices and the sugar in a pot and boil until soft.
Let cool a bit and puree in a blender. Boil the elderberry-apple jam again, make a jelly test and fill into glasses.
