Prepare 6 espressos with the Nespresso coffee of your choice (6 x 40 ml).

Pour the espressos into a cold glass jug together with the ground anise seeds, the piece of licorice root cut in two and the honey. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

It is best to place the pitcher in a bucket with ice cubes to cool the mixture.

Pour into iced cups and decorate with fresh mint leaves, half a licorice root and a few ice cubes.
