Instructions:

For Iced Parfait, dissolve sugar in 6 tablespoons hot water and let cool.

Cut lemons in half lengthwise, squeeze and remove membranes. Mix lemon juice with yogurt and sugar syrup. Beat whipped cream until stiff, fold in, freeze until cream is almost firm, stirring occasionally.

Squeeze the mixture into the lemons and freeze.

Preparation Tip:

Iced parfait for dessert can be made ready a few days before serving.
