Instructions:

Divide the chicken into larger pieces.

In the meantime, prepare the herb mixture. To do this, peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Mix with the remaining ingredients for the spice mixture.

Rub the chicken well with the spice mixture and let it sit for 4-5 hours.

Peel potatoes and onion, cut into slices. Cut the tomatoes into slices as well.

Heat the frying fat and fry the chicken in it until golden brown. Remove and drain well.

Heat enough oil again in a pan, fry potatoes first, then onion in it and let it drain.

Serve the chicken with fried potatoes, onions and tomatoes.

Preparation Tip:

This dish is usually served with turmeric rice, but you can alternatively serve unseasoned rice with it or chapati.
