For the Jamaican Jerk Turkey, first make the marinade. To do this, whisk together all marinade ingredients in a shallow glass bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup to use later as a dip and for glazing.
Toss in the cutlets and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes – preferably overnight.
Grill the Jamaican Jerk Turkey for 15-20 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.
