For the Kaiserschmarren with grapes first prepare the dough: Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, adding 40 g of sugar.
Mix the yolks with milk and flour to a dough and fold in the snow. Cut the grapes in half. Melt the butter in a pan, add the remaining sugar and the grapes and cook for about 5 minutes.
Pour the batter into the pan, cover, let it brown and tear it into pieces. Serve the Kaiserschmarren with grapes sprinkled with powdered sugar.
