Boil the oatmeal with coconut milk and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until a creamy porridge is formed.

Finely mash the banana. Wash and remove the stems from the cherries.

Stir chia seeds and banana puree into the finished oatmeal. Sweeten additionally with vanilla sugar to taste.

Fill the porridge into bowls. Place a cherry in the center and two chocolate lentils as eyes on top. Place two marshmallows as ears at the top of each bowl.

Preparation Tip:

If you want to do without snacks in your breakfast, garnish with hazelnuts (as eyes) and banana chips (as ears) instead of chocolate lentils & marshmallows, for example.
