A wonderful recipe for all strawberry lovers!

Clean the herrings. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Turn fish in it on the other side and roast in hot oil all around for 8 min.

For the marinade, remove the seeds from the chili peppers and cut them into fine rings. Cut onions into rings, ginger into cubes. Make everything with vinegar-juniper, water, essence, coriander, salt and sweetener for about 3 min. Let it cool down a bit. Add apple cider. Pour over herrings in a shallow dish.

Leave to marinate for 1-2 days.

Serve with bearded potatoes.
