For the leek potatoes, steam and peel the potatoes. Wash the leeks and cut them into fine rings. Heat oil and butter in a pan, cut potatoes into it.
Add leeks, salt and fry until potatoes have a nice color.
Preparation Tip:
Refine the leek potatoes with pepper or other spices as desired. If you like, beat an egg over them or serve them as a side dish.
