Finely grind the corn and wheat.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and together with the baking powder, honey, egg yolks, juice and grated zest of lemons add to the flour form and knead until smooth.

Leave the dough to rest in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.

Form small balls from the dough (about 30 balls per recipe). Flatten these balls and place them on a greased or paper-lined baking sheet.

Place the baking tray in the middle of a cold oven, switch to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 min.
