Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air.

Mix the flours, egg white powder and cream of tartar baking powder well.

Mix bananas, eggs, whipped cream, milk with sweeteners and salt in a mixing bowl. Then stir in the dry mixture by the tablespoonful.

Line a small loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the batter.

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If the bread gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil after 25 minutes.
