Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Peel and slice lyoners, fry in a little olive oil. gradually add chopped onion, cleaned peppers cut into strips, peeled tomatoes, crushed garlic clove and spices. Add paradeis pulp and extinguish with red wine. Simmer quietly on low heat for a quarter of an hour. Then add the cleaned, sliced mushrooms and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Serve with: sparrows, noodles or roasties, leaf salad and, of course, the red wine that was also used for cooking.
