Instructions:

For the mango sorbet, peel the mangoes and put the pulp in a blender. Cut a long spiral from the peel of the lime.

Put the water, powdered sugar, zest and juice of the lime in a pot. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

Take out the peel and keep it. Add the white rum to the syrup and then add it to the pulp of the mangoes.

Mix well and put it in the freezer for 6 hours.

Stir from time to time. Serve the mango sorbet in ice bowls with pieces of lime peel.
