Marinating time: 23 hours

1. rinse and dry the steaks.

2. peel the onions and cut them into rings.

3. remove the peel from the garlic, crush it and put it in a suitable bowl.

4. mix the red wine, vinegar and oil with a whisk to make a marinade.

5. add half of the onion rings, 1/2 tbsp of the herbs and half of the marinade to the garlic in the baking dish.

Place the steaks side by side in the marinade, cover with the remaining onion rings and herbs, pour the rest of the marinade over them, and refrigerate the meat with the lid closed.

Take the steaks out of the marinade and drain them well.

Cook the steaks, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bring to the table garnished with the herb butter.
