Instructions:

For the masala lasagna, prepare the sauce first. For the sauce, boil coconut milk with flour in a pot. Rub in lime zest with salt and nutmeg to taste. Keep warm.

Mix the vegetables with the curry mixture and wasabi. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lay out the noodle sheets on the bottom of a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.

Then put the 1st layer of vegetable-spice mixture and cover with leaves. Then pour sauce on top again. Repeat step 3 as desired. Finish with sauce.

Bake in oven for about 30 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you want to make the masala lasagna as a non-vegan version, take a rather not too spicy cheese as a topping.
