Instructions:

First, mix minced meat with mineral water, capers, mustard, salt and pepper together and form meat loaves.

Fry in hot oil for about 16 minutes, turning repeatedly.

In the meantime, peel the onions. Cut 1 1/2 onions into rings, dice the remaining half. Clean and slice the mushrooms.

Add the onion rings to the meat loaf and brown.

Remove the meat loaf and keep warm.

Add the mushrooms to the onions and sauté until hot.

Slice the tomatoes, add the onion cubes, salt and pepper.

Add salt and pepper to mushrooms and onions.

Arrange the meat loaf with the mushrooms and tomato slices, garnish with parsley and serve.
