Instructions:

For the meatballs with mustard sauce, first peel and finely chop the onion and fry a little butter until translucent. Mix the minced meat well with the bread soaked in milk and squeezed well, the onions, curd cheese, grated lemon peel, salt and pepper. Form meatballs of about 3 cm in diameter from the meat mixture and coat them in flour. Fry in 2 tablespoons of butter on all sides and finish cooking with the lid closed.
