For the meringue, beat egg whites and sugar until thick and fluffy. Beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a piping bag and spread on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Bake the meringue in the oven preheated to 100°C (hot air) for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Preparation Tip:

Depending on the planned quantity, the number of egg whites and sugar for the meringue mass varies. For colored meringues, simply mix 1/4 tsp. food coloring from the tube (1 egg white from 40 g sugar!!) or a 1/2 level tsp. as dry powder or 3 pinches of a spice powder into the ready-whipped meringue mass.
