Fresh mint rinse, shake dry and remove the leaves from the stem. Remove the skin from the onion and chop. Rinse the chili peppers, remove the seeds and the stalks. Caution, then rinse hands thoroughly!

Mint, onion and chili pepper in a hand mixer form and finely grind. Remove the peel from the garlic clove and add it. Add sugar, garam, salt masala, juice of one lemon and water little by little and blend everything together.

If you do not have a hand blender, chop the mint, onion and chili pepper, place in a suitable bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about an hour. Goes well with all main dishes.

Replace fresh cilantro leaves, then store cilantro chutney.
