For the mixed bread, sift both types of flour into a large bowl. Crumble yeast over it, add salt and sugar. Add oil and water and knead to a smooth dough (best with the dough hook of a food processor).
Form the dough into a ball and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour. Knead the dough again to form a round loaf.
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rise, covered, for another 45 minutes. Brush with a little water and cut a pattern into it with a sharp knife.
Bake the bread at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes. Let the finished bread cool.
Preparation Tip:
The mixed bread can be supplemented with seeds and / or nuts. This also keeps it juicy for longer.
