Instructions:

Prepare yeast with milk and 1/4 of the flour to a steam. Rub the clarified butter with the sugar, salt and eggs, knead everything together and finally gently knead in the fruit. Form 5 “mountains” from the dough. Brush with warm butter and coat in the crumble mixture and let rise briefly.

Bake at 170 °C for about 20 to 25 minutes. After baking, brush with hot butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
