For the mushroom sauce, clean and chop the mushrooms. Fry in oil, add soy sauce and fry until the water has evaporated.

Remove the mushrooms from the pan. Pour in the oil, allow to warm briefly and add the flour.

As soon as the flour clumps, pour in water and season with soup seasoning. Cook for a few minutes, creating a thickened sauce.

Stir in whipped cream and, if desired, add parsley to the mushroom sauce.
