Try this delicious pasta dish:

Prepare vegetables, break beans, cut carrot diagonally into slices, coarsely cut cabbage, divide Romanesco into roses, cut celery diagonally into thin pieces.

Heat butter and oil in a saucepan on 2 or possibly automatic hotplate 4-5, sauté cabbage, beans, carrots, romanesco and celery in order, add squeezed garlic clove.
