Instructions:

Cut the nougat into very fine cubes and mix together with the egg yolks and sugar in a hand mixer until creamy. Slowly stir the whipped cream into the nougat mixture in a thin stream. Lastly, fold in rum in a leisurely manner.

Pour into a carafe. Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise and add to the liqueur as a flavoring. Chill to serve.
