Instructions:

For the Nutella slice, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Cream sugar with egg yolks until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in the snow.

Put the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees top/bottom heat. Then remove and let cool.

In the meantime, whip the pastry cream. Add cream stiffener and sugar. Beat with a hand mixer for at least 10 minutes until very firm.

Spread half of the cream on the base. Mix the other half with Nutella and spread over the white cream.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and chill the Nutella slice before serving.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can sprinkle the Nutella slice with brittle or colored sprinkles instead of chocolate sprinkles.
