For the Paleo breakfast porridge, chop the nuts and sunflower seeds.
Bring the water to a boil, stir in the ground nuts, coconut flakes, flaxseed meal, lemon juice and honey. Let it thicken a bit more on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Peel the banana, cut into pieces and mix with the blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon into the finished breakfast porridge.
Preparation Tip:
The Paleo breakfast porridge can be varied with all kinds of other ingredients as desired. If you like, you can also refine the porridge with a little coconut milk.
