For the pasta salad with mango, cook the farfalle in salted water until al dente and then rinse well so that the pasta gets cold faster.
Place in a large bowl. Deseed the mango and cut into small cubes and add to the pasta. Also dice the turkey ham and add it to the pasta.
In a smaller bowl, mix the plain yogurt and sour cream and season well with salt and pepper – and in the large bowl, mix everything together.
If necessary, add more salt.
