For the peach jam, cut the peaches crosswise, blanch in boiling water, rinse in ice water and peel. Cut the peaches into quarters and mix with the preserving sugar and leave covered for a few hours.

Add the white wine and bring everything to a boil. Let the jam boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix the pectin with the powdered sugar and add it, stir and boil for another 5 minutes.

Then immediately pour everything into clean jars and seal well.

Preparation Tip:

Boil down the peach jam with grape juice or apple juice instead of white wine.
